A Holistic Approach to Well-being

True wellbeing isn’t created in a single session. It begins with giving your body the space to rest, allowing your nervous system to settle and soften.

From there, you can reconnect with your body, your thoughts, and the parts of yourself that often get lost in the noise of daily life.

My work is grounded in the body first. Through years of supporting women as a REFLEXOLOGIST, I’ve seen how much we hold beneath the surface, and how real change begins when the body feels safe.

From that place, we can begin to explore what’s underneath. The patterns, the pressure, the ways you’ve learned to keep going and begin to shift them in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.

Sometimes that looks like hands-on treatment. Sometimes it’s conversation and reflection. Often, it’s a blend of both.

This isn’t about quick fixes or temporary relief. It’s about helping you regulate your body, reconnect with yourself, and build a way of living that truly supports you long term.

Becoming the Woman Within

Signature Coaching Programme

A space for deep, supported transformation from the inside out.

This 1:1 coaching experience is designed for women who are ready to move beyond surface-level change and explore the patterns, beliefs, and internal narratives shaping how they think, feel, and show up in their lives.

Over 12 weeks, with ongoing support between calls, we focus on identity-level change because when you shift who you believe yourself to be, everything else begins to realign.

Together, we uncover what’s been driving your current behaviours and responses, working at the root rather than the surface. You’ll begin to release limiting beliefs, update old patterns, and create new ways of thinking and responding that feel more aligned with who you want to become.

This work supports you in building self-trust, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of self. Not through pressure or perfection, rather through awareness, choice, and lasting internal change.

You’ll be guided to set clear boundaries, shift habitual patterns, and make decisions from a place of alignment, rather than old conditioning.

This is deep, identity-level work that creates sustainable change - the kind that continues to shape your life long after the sessions end.

Rest & Rebalance

Reflexology

A personalised, body-led approach to help you rest, reset, and rebalance.

Each 60 minute session is tailored to what your body and nervous system needs on the day, using reflexology to support deep relaxation, ease stress, and restore balance.

Alongside the treatment, we reflect on the bigger picture, with guidance around lifestyle and daily habits so you feel supported beyond the treatment room.

Specialist treatments are available for MATERNITY and MENOPAUSE, as well as combination FOOT and FACIAL reflexology for a more integrated experience.

Available as one off sessions or courses of 3 & 6 treatments for longer-term support.

The Embodied Wellbeing Experience

Reflexology + Coaching

A deeper, more integrative approach for when you’re ready for lasting change.

A transformational experience for your mind and body. Each session is tailored to you, blending hands-on treatment with guided conversation to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. Using reflexology and coaching to move you beyond short-term relief and into meaningful, sustainable change.

Together, we look at the patterns, pressures, and habits shaping how you feel - from stress and sleep to overwhelm and feeling stuck - while creating simple, personalised ways to support yourself in your daily life.

You’ll leave feeling calmer and more grounded, with greater clarity and practical steps to help you move forward.

Available as a one-off session or as a 3 or 6-session journey for deeper support.
